Eye Accessing Cues

Have you ever looked into someones eyes, deeply.

Have you ever noticed how they move about as someone thinks and talks.

In NLP the secret code of eye movements has been unlocked.

Most people move their eyes in a systematic or pre-programmed way as they recover what they are thinking about.

For example, in casual conversation ask someone "what colour is your favourite shirt?", and see what happens to their eyes. They'll move to certain position to recover that information.

It's a bit like a telescope being moved to point at a certain part of the sky. Only this is looking inwards for the part of the brain that has the code that provides the answer.

It's a fascinating area and one that you should understand to help in improving your communication skills.
