Phobias and Fears

Spider

When you are born, you have only two fears; loud noises and falling. That's it.

Any fear or phobia you have today is a learned experience.

Often, it's Parents or Teachers who accidently 'teach' us to have these fears and phobias.

For example, a Parent may have a fear of Spiders. When you we're little, a spider was spied and the Parent panicked. Ranting and raving, "Get it, get it, aghhhhh". Child is scooped up and watches and listens very intently.

Child learns very well and will associate the response each and every time a spider is seen. In fact, the response gets stronger with each event as the association in the neurology is strengthed and reinforced, like a muscle that is exercised it gets stronger.

The good news is that what has been learned can be unlearned too.

NLP can show you how your long held and deepest fears and phobias can be reversed out of your neurology.

The results are dramatic, achieved rapidly and are easy to achieve.
